Guest Speaker: SHERRI LIVELY, a local expert in wellness and fitness for the 50+ (that's us!) group. Be ready for an energetic, engaging presentation! Keeping with the wellness theme, we will also have a representative from HCPSS's Hinge Health Program.
We will also be accepting donations towards our Community Projects with Comfort Cases, Maryland Food Bank, and Ronald MacDonald House in Baltimore. HEART members' generosity is astounding, and we thank you in advance for supporting those in need.
