Once you retire, you are no longer represented by HCASA, HCEA, HCESP, or AFSCME. Join HEART and MRSPA to protect your pension and health benefits.
MRSPA has been advocating to protect and en-hance your Maryland State pension as its primary focus for 80 years. This important work continues for all Maryland retired school personnel, regardless of their location in retirement.
HEART is the only organization recognized by the HCPSS Board of Education to advocate for retirees. Howard County retirees are very fortunate to have a 'seat at the table' concerning issues surrounding our health benefits.
Additionally, both organizations offer opportunities to serve the community and connect with other retirees.
